I limit the number of people who can attend my group personal training sessions to 8 people because I want to ensure that I can check on everyone's techniques and that they are pushing themselves but, more importantly, having fun.
My group personal training style is different from a traditional one. I have had clients say they are pleased that "I don't shout at them." I want to reassure, motivate and encourage you to challenge yourself and get the most out of the session.

How does it all work?.
What our sessions look like
Our sessions run in six-week blocks and typically run for just under an hour, we always make time to catch up first. Our groups are friendly, and I plan the sessions to be challenging and tough but also accommodating to everyone’s abilities. I ensure that I have some adaptations available if any modifications are required on the day. We tend to train in all-weather but have an online option available should we need it. Most of all, my primary objective is to ensure the sessions are fun and enjoyable but challenging as well.
