Spinning Classes

Teaching spinning is where my personal training journey began, so for me it is one of the best parts of my job.  I teach spinning classes at a number of brilliant locations across Windsor.  All of my indoor cycling classes are choreographed to uplifting and motivating music



Created over 30 years ago, spinning is the original indoor cycling class. Cycling on a stationary bike, when you don't have to worry about traffic, a puncture or saving the energy for getting home, is the perfect worry free cardio vascular workout.

Sweating along together and moving in time to the rythem of the music gives the class a hugh surge of motivation as we encourage each other up steep or long hill climbes or fast flat roads.

This gym based class brings all of the adrenaline of outdoor cycling indoors to ride in a safe and fun environment. And of course it is something that the weather cannot ruin!



There are so many benefits to spinning, some of them are:

  • Increased cardiovascular ability.
  • Improved endurance for outdoor cycling.
  • It’s really fun to ride both flat and hill to the rhythm of the music.
  • Loads of endorphins after the class.

The class has three sections to it, starting with a warm-up, the main exercise session and then cool down at the end.  I always make sure that the bike is set up safely for everyone and that our exercises are focused on building strength and endurance.  You are in control of the resistance and the pace at all times as the instructor guides you through the ride so that you get the most from it.
